In order to give the proper highlights to Air Max DN with local creative communities by having ‘Maxxed Out’ as a creative propellent to push the youthful energy to the Max, the NBHD version of ‘Maxxed Out Reality’ was co-created on the late night of 3.9 (Sat) with our NBHD communities + city catalysts (Seoul Community Radio).

Community Workshop
On 2.26 at a special workshop held at SCR station, invitees from diverse musical backgrounds were set a task to create an ‘Air Max DN- Shaped DJ Mixer’ & a custom ‘Air Max DN- Synthesizer’ by wiring, cutting and fusing 8 pairs Air Max DN with specialized modular components made by local technicians

Following the release of announcements and invitations across our social/digital ecosystems around NBHD(KASINA, TUNE, WORKSOUT), our story caught the attention of the global sneaker media @snekernews once again. Workshop footage is featured at multiple accounts of sneaker/culture media and it marked +676k. View on IG reels and +6k likes.
Community Workshop
On the night of the NBHD Launch (3.9), +550 people gathered at the pop up space where used to be an old cold-storage warehouse at the outskirts of Seongsu-dong as a prequel of Air Max Day celebration. In order to turn this humble venue into somewhere ‘Unreal’, we built a giant LED wall(45mx4m) with anamorphic 3d animation which visualized the unreal dynamics of the music that was performed with those special ‘Air Max DN’ mixer & synthesizers.

Event announcement + Member invitation to feel the unreal was released thru SNKRS & NIKE app +NBHD social channels. Our NBHD account’s participation on Air Max journey was various from ‘The Drop Off’ content or Air Max DN ‘All Day’ which was starred by Jeonguk of Worksout Apgujeong store to another ‘The Drop Off’ of Air Max 1 OG (By Kasina) + SNKRS live on 3.22 which was having Kasina & Worksout as guest speakers.
